Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We're sorry, but once you've placed your order and it has been paid for, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Our systems are automated to ensure fast processing and delivery of your order, and any changes could cause delays or mix-ups. As a result, we strongly advise you to carefully review your cart and details before completing your purchase. Please feel free to contact our Customer Care team if you have any questions or concerns.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we don’t offer gift wrapping. All orders are securely packed to
arrive in good condition.

Can I combine my orders?

We don’t usually combine separate orders. Please make sure everything you want is in your cart before placing your order.

How does Entertainment Masters Shop handle shipping?

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. For your convenience, we deliver to Street addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be re-stocked?

We re-stock often, but some items may no longer be available from the supplier. If something has been out of stock for a while, it may be discontinued, and we will advise you of this.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll
arrange a refund or replacement based on our Return & Refund
Policy.

My in-stock items haven’t shipped yet. Why?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment, but some orders may take longer depending on what was ordered. Thanks for your
patience.

How long will delivery take?

Within Australia: 2–8 business days depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Melbourne
